Haiku: #300-309 (words)

Words have power

wild and undomesticated

flowers with thorns

//

With words

we become as birds

soaring and landing

//

they float

warships on shores

invading

//

They grow

as flowers

on our tongue

//

Wild and untamed

aloud ashamed

or not

//

as clay unshaped

poets create

as bakers bake

//

words hurt,

heal and take

breaths away

//

when we’re gone

they live on

ubiquitous

//

the wind changes

a turrent of our

magic

//

they grow wings

from the runways

inside our mouth
